WHAT PROPERTIES DO YOU MANAGE?
EANDC has produced (in Akron) over 314 Single Family homes, 90 Senior Apartments, 64 Town Homes, 10 Homeless Veterans Apartments; all are located in the general Akron area. There are units for the disabled/handicapped or sensory impaired as well.

DO I QUALIFY?
Eligibility is determined by annual family income and a number of other factors (loan status, credit history, recent criminal history, etc). Please see the Frequent Housing Questions PDF.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?
If you are interested in renting a home, condo or apartment, please call our Property Management Department at (330) 724-1210 or come to our office. There is a $15 non-refundable pre-application fee, which must be in the form of a money order.

ONCE I APPLY, WHEN WILL I HEAR FROM YOU?
If you have submitted all necessary information (see Frequent Housing Questions PDF), you will be placed on the waiting list. Once a unit is available, we will contact the person at the top of the list.

WHAT IS THE EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE NUMBER?
If a situation arises in which the property or tenant will suffer loss if the problem is not IMMEDIATELY addressed (e.g. the heat goes out), please call (330) 524-7001. For normal maintenance requests, contact Property Management at (330) 724-1210. FOR ALL OTHER EMERGENCIES, CALL 911.
