EANDC’s Mission: East Akron Neighborhood Development Corporation improves communities by providing quality and affordable housing, comprehensive homeownership services and economic development opportunities.

EANDC has grown with the city of Akron over the years. Today, EANDC serves a much broader community, which includes Summit and Stark counties.

Our comprehensive services provide energy efficient solutions and lead elimination for the home and offer homeownership education, foreclosure prevention, economic development and rental opportunities for Akron-area residents.

As a chartered member of NeighborWorks® America and one of nearly 230 NeighborWorks organizations in all 50 states, EANDC helps build healthy, viable communities with the help of the network’s thousands of residents, business people, government officials and other partners. Our participation in this leading national network of community development organizations helps us better serve Akron communities and beyond.
